He is a strategic leader, a team builder with excellent communication skills and over 30 years experience across multiple industries and operating units.
Over the last 20 years Peter has coached and delivered large-scale transformation initiatives on time and with immediate and sustainable payback for companies like Power Band Global, Cyence International, Microsoft, Linkage Software and Royal Bank of Canada.
Peter’s coaching specialties includes: Strategy development and execution, information technology strategy, executive development, team development, transition management, change management, mergers and acquisitions, business development.
Peter has a proven capability for linking people, process and technology strategies to shape organizations and deliver financial objectives. He has led organizational change and coach individuals to reach their goal. On the individual level Peter strives to bring out the best in people and has experience in situational coaching.
When Peter is not busy coaching for businesses and individuals he is contributing a board member for to not-for-profit organizations like Big Brothers big Sisters of Halton.
Peter recently completed his second Tough Mudder” challenge and is an active member of his community.
